    The granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a cytokine that regulates the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells and . The effects of GM‐CSF on survival were reported herein with a long‐term follow‐up and studied according to distinct biological subgroups defined on cytogenetics and molecular markers.
